If you are dissatisfied with the function of your pool alarm, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. You have thirty days to make your return. You must call for a return authorization number. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Item must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. After 30 days there will be no refunds and all warranty issues should be taken directly to the manufacturer. You may call or e-mail our support staff at any time for answers to pool alarm set-up and operational questions. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN BACK SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
